We are the first food manufacturing company to receive HACCP certification for our fresh noodle line! Product safety and hygiene are thoroughly and consistently managed throughout the entire process.
After adding plenty of water and kneading the dough,
and then letting it ferment evenly at the right temperature and humidity,
the moisture contained within the dough
disperses, creating a soft and chewy texture.


With over 10 years of experience, our researchers have exceptional product understanding, and we work with experts in each field to analyze menu trends and research and produce products that meet your needs.
We've built our own logistics system, enabling direct delivery to any location nationwide, in frozen or refrigerated condition.
