Since its founding in 1987, Dongsung Foods has supplied "Hyangmiam," the leading noodle brand for highway rest stops, since 1991. For the past 20 years, the company has focused on developing products tailored to the specific needs of the rest stop catering market, leveraging the authentic flavor of authentic, hand-made Sanuki udon and a technical partnership with a Japanese bonito manufacturer.
